Our Team

Liz Rudolph

Liz Rudolph, Head Practitioner

My name is Liz Rudolph, and I have loved health and nutrition since I was in high school, back in the early 1990s. After reading my first book on nutrition, I was hooked. I have always had a ferocious appetite for learning when it comes to anything health and nutrition related.

My curiosity in health led me down a path of various occupations, including personal trainer, sports director, health coach, and natural foods cooking class instructor. Today, I work as a health practitioner utilizing advanced kinesiology techniques to support whole-body wellness.

I was put on this earth to walk with people throughout their health journeys in order to find balance in their bodies, and feel hopeful again. I understand the challenges people face when their bodies are out of balance, under stress and not functioning optimally.

I have personally navigated many health challenges, including autoimmune diseases, digestive discomfort, bloating, malabsorption, and other gut-related imbalances. Through my own journey, I gained firsthand insight into how foundational wellness can be supported through nourishing foods, herbs, movement, forgiveness, emotional release, prayer, and kinesiology.

I find deep joy in walking alongside people during their personal wellness journeys. I understand the ups and downs that can come with that process. It is not only my 25+ years of experience and education that guide my work, but also my heart to support those who are seeking greater balance and vitality.

My Qualifications

1998 – Bachelor of Science in Religious Studies and Education (Clarks Summit University)

2001 – Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE)

2006 – Certified Plant-Based Health Coach (The Wellness Forum Institute)

2012–2018 – Completed over a dozen certifications as a Health Instructor through The Wellness Forum, covering topics such as digestive health and wellness, weight loss, diet and lifestyle, autoimmune-related education, and other health-focused areas.

2022–2025 – Studied and practiced under the founder of Total Body Analysis (TBA) Kinesiology, completing advanced training to work as a kinesiology health practitioner

Why I Chose to Become a Health Practitioner of Kinesiology

I feel incredibly blessed that God brought kinesiology (TBA) into my life. Over six years ago, following a horrific dental procedure, my sinus collapsed and I was in significant pain. I tried everything I knew to do within the fields of western medicine and holistic health but nothing helped.

It was during this health crisis, I was introduced to a kinesiologist named Stephanie, the owner of Body Sense in Western New York. She prepared my first remedy using the Total Body Analysis (TBA) method. Shortly after taking the remedy, I noticed that the pain was gone! It felt as if a miracle had taken place and I was amazed. That experience left a lasting impression on me and opened my eyes to the potential of kinesiology as a wellness support tool.

Around the same time, my husband was navigating long-lasting health challenges following a severe experience with COVID. Although he was able to return to work after 3 months, ongoing fatigue and other lingering symptoms continued to affect his daily life. After my own experience with kinesiology, I brought him to the founder of TBA. Through that process, his body gradually regained strength and resilience. Witnessing this transformation further deepened my understanding and drew me to this work.

These experiences compelled me to learn more. I immersed myself in studying how the body responds through kinesiology and Total Body Analysis. Over the next three years, I studied under Dr. DeHaan, the founder and designer of the TBA program, which ultimately led me to become a practitioner in this field.

I look forward to supporting you as you explore kinesiology for yourself and bring your body into balance.

I currently have an office in Traverse City, MI called Bodies in Balance where I practice Kinesiology and use the Total Body Analysis (TBA) system.

Hallie from Bodies In Balance

Hallie, Emotion Code-informed practitioner

Hi, I’m Hallie an Emotion Code practitioner passionate about helping people release the emotional baggage that may be holding them back from living their fullest lives.

Through the Emotion Code, I help clients identify and release trapped emotions—unresolved emotional energies that can accumulate from stressful or challenging experiences. These trapped emotions may contribute to emotional, physical, and energetic imbalances, affecting relationships, confidence, well-being, and overall quality of life.

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate space where healing can occur naturally. The Emotion Code may also help support relief from physical pain and ailments that can be connected to trapped emotional energy. Whether you’re seeking greater emotional freedom, personal growth, improved relationships, or support on your wellness journey, I am honored to partner with you in uncovering and releasing what no longer serves you.

I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right support. It is a privilege to witness the transformations that can occur when emotional burdens are released and individuals reconnect with their authentic selves.

I look forward to helping you create more balance, peace, and joy in your life.

Our Philosophy Of Care

At Bodies in Balance, we focus on identifying underlying imbalances rather than chasing symptoms alone. Symptoms are viewed as signals, the body’s way of communicating that support is needed. When those signals are understood and addressed, the body is better able to move out of stress and into a state of balance.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right guidance and support. Rather than forcing change, we work in cooperation with the body, respecting its natural priorities and responses.

Our Approach

At Bodies in Balance, our care philosophy focuses on identifying and addressing underlying imbalances rather than simply managing symptoms. We believe the body communicates its needs clearly, and when given the right support, it has a natural ability to restore balance and maintain health.

One of the tools used within our integrative approach is Total Body Analysis, a form of kinesiology that helps identify areas of stress and imbalance within the body. This process supports a personalized, whole-body perspective and guides care decisions in a thoughtful, non-invasive way.

Rather than forcing change, our approach works in cooperation with the body, respecting its natural priorities and healing processes. Each person’s care is individualized, with the goal of supporting the bodies, natural ability to restore balance through the connection of mind, body and soul.

Why We're Different

At Bodies in Balance, we approach health care with intention, patience, and respect for the individual. We recognize that no two bodies are the same, and requires bringing balance to the body, uncovering the root cause, and thoughtful evaluation.

Our practice is built on a whole-person philosophy. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we seek to understand underlying patterns of imbalance and stress that may be affecting overall health. This perspective provides a Holistic approach, which is aligned with each individuals healing process, needs and goals.

We work in partnership with the body, not against it. Our holistic approach supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance by providing guidance that is gentle, non-invasive, and informed by both homeopathic knowledge and holistic principles. Care decisions are made collaboratively, with an emphasis on informed choice and long-term wellbeing.

What truly sets Bodies in Balance apart is our commitment to listening. We take the time to understand your story, your concerns, and your priorities, creating a supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and involved in your care. Our goal is to help you to heal in layers, whether that be emotional, physical or spiritual.
